Both work for me. I do everything from one-off UX consulting (an audit, a specific flow) to ongoing engagements as a dedicated product designer embedded in the team.
I start by analyzing the scenario: the business problem and who will use it. Soon the idea becomes a prototype, because showing beats explaining: with something to see and test, the conversation changes and the team aligns. From there, we evolve it together into the real product.
Yes. Most projects are fully remote, with clients across different time zones, and I also work with local companies in person when it makes sense.
